Our Story

We are a small producer of artisan preserves - jams, chutneys, fruit vinegars - based on the glorious Gower Peninsula in South Wales

I have made preserves for family and friends for many years and many of my  recipes are  based on ones passed on through the generations

I am a self confessed dreamer and inventive cook!  I love to play with my food and create new flavour combinations. Most jams have a flavour twist -  I often use herbs from the garden or locally foraged in my creations - a little bit of this and a little bit of that seems to be my motto!   

All batches are small and made by hand here on the Gower, using quality ingredients and sourced locally whenever possible.

The only preservatives in my products are sugar and vinegar - that’s it!  

No added colour or artificial flavours, just honest to goodness natural taste
